The applicant must submit a statement from the Registrar of his or her college indicating the applicant’s current grade point average through the most recently completed school term to the District IX Scholarship Committee Chairperson.  (Fall Semester, Fall or Winter Quarter, or other appropriate term ending prior to the application date.)
