this special election is completely independent of the regular SEATA
election for Vice-President and Secretary. Should the winner of this special
election be a candidate for Secretary in the SEATA regular election and win that
election as well, he/she, in accordance with the By-Laws, would be eligible to
serve two full 3-year terms beginning in June 2010.
Only
certified members in good standing in SEATA on September 1, 2009 are
eligible to vote.
