APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 15
years as a certified member working or living in
District IX.

Minimum at
least 20 years of service in the profession.
-
Nominated by a
certified member in District IX.
-
All forms must
be completed and returned to the SEATA Hall of Fame
Committee Chair by December 31st prior to the
induction year.
-
A Certified
Athletic Trainer being nominated cannot solicit or
influence the selection process.
-
A nominee is
eligible for re-nomination if the previous
nomination was unsuccessful. All nominations will
be kept on file by the Chair for three years. If
after three years, a candidate is not elected into
the SEATA Hall of Fame, the candidate must be
re-nominated and a new application must be received
by the Chair.
